We only kindly ask that you take few minutes to put away personal and household items for us to be able to provide you an exceptional service.

Spark and Shine Cleaning Services cleaning team will always take every measure possible to assure safe handling of your things while cleaning your home or  office. As we all know, sometimes accidents cannot be prevented. Spark and Shine Cleaning Services and its employees are insured and bonded so that you can be rest assured that you are protected against any damage or breakages.

Do I have to be home when a Spark and Shine Cleaning Service team comes to my house or office?

Most customers are not home when the cleaning team arrives. For security, only the Spark and Shine Cleaning Service supervisor has access to your house or office key. Also, when you entrust your house key to a Spark and Shine Cleaning Services manager, it will immediately be incorporated into the Spark and Shine Cleaning Services lock box system. The physical keys and corresponding location list are kept in two separate locations to provide an extra security measure for your home. As an alternative, you can also provide your garage code to access in and out of your house or office for the time of the service.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?

Spark and Shine Cleaning Services guarantees for complete satisfaction of the service. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will be more than happy to come and re-clean the questionable area at no additional charge. At Spark and Shine Cleaning Services, we are not done with our job until you are completely satisfied.

What will Spark and Shine Cleaning Services do in my home?

Our regular cleaning service includes cleaning and dusting of the baseboards, pictures, lamp-shades, knick knacks, windowsills, furniture and basic light fixtures in all rooms and washing and/or vacuuming floors throughout. In the kitchen we will spot clean cabinets, dust and wipe appliances, clean/sanitize the sink and wash the floor. In the bathrooms, sinks, floors, tubs, and shower stall will be scrubbed and cleaned. Spark and Shine Cleaning Services team members will try their very best to meet your special needs as well.

What if something in my home is damaged or broken during a cleaning service?

We do our best to handle your things with most care. However, sometimes  accidents cannot be prevented. Should damage or breakage occur while we are leaning your home, we will make every effort to repair the item or replace the item should repair is not possible. Insurance claims will be filed when  appropriate.

How long in advance do I need to contact to schedule cleaning service?

We kindly ask that you contact us a week prior of when needing a service so that we can schedule the service to accommodate your schedule and availability. However, if you are in need of a faster service, we will be more than happy to do everything we can to accommodate your need and request.

What kind of products will be used to clean my house or office?

We only use the environmental friendly products and supplies to clean your  home or office. All of our products and supplies are safe for your toddler or for  any pets in which you may have.
